Περιγραφή
Three adjoining plots on a quiet hillside in the Mesiaka area, within 800 m of the Neochori settlement in Western Mani, Messinia. Together they cover about 3,870 m² and look out over the sea, with the stone and tiled-roof houses of the neighbourhood around them. The plots follow one another from north to south, so they can be seen as one larger piece of land, and they are sold with three permits.
Neochori is a traditional Mani village built among olive groves on the hillside above Stoupa, with the Messinian Gulf below and Mount Taygetus behind it. The village has tavernas, bakeries and a small shop. The sandy beaches of Stoupa and Kalogria are about 3 to 4 km away, Kalamata about 47 km and Kalamata International Airport about 57 km (approximate distances from the village).
The topographic surveys, prepared in August 2026, give the exact area of each plot. They describe the plots as adequate and buildable for residential use under the terms they state, and place them more than 2,000 m from the sea.
