The space
In a small paradise of olive trees 300 m from the beach is the stone-built house of 100 m2. Ideal for family and friends who want to escape and enjoy the peace of the Greek countryside. To combine sea and mountain.
The house is on two levels and has a special aesthetic and taste. The ground floor consists of a single room, living room, kitchen, fireplace and bathroom. A favorite of most visitors are the two large sofas on the ground floor that can accommodate 3 people. Perfect for relaxing while watching satellite channels on the B&W TV that the house has and even better when the fireplace is lit. The floor has a master bedroom with a very nice view and super double Cocomat bed. It also has a guest room with a sea view and a bathroom. It can accommodate up to seven people. Suitable combination for a family of four or 3 couples.
Five minutes away is the picturesque fishing village of Agios Nikolaos. There you can find everything. From picturesque taverns, supermarkets to health centers.
At a distance of twenty minutes by car you can visit the picturesque villages of Taygetos, eat traditional local products and listen to stories about the heroes of the Greek revolution who frequented and lived in these villages.
For someone who wants to explore within ten kilometers is the beautiful village of Kardamili and in 45 minutes Limeni and Monemvasia.
The place is suitable for hiking, cycling and sports.
Ideal vacation spot for your pet too if you have one.
The most famous nearby destination is the beach of Stoupa which you call Kalogria. Many people come from far away for this beach. In 10 minutes from the house you find someone there with the most tropical waters of the Peloponnese, with fantastic blonde sand and springs from the mountains that end up in the sea. The beach has the potential to occupy all ages. One can play beach volleyball on the existing court, or rent a canoe and go for a walk in the caves. For the youngest children, it has very nice and clean sand to play on. There are taverns near the beach and bars that play music until the evening.
For hiking lovers there are 2 mapped trails that one can walk safely for several hours.
